1. Scope of Application: 

The joint application between wire extruder unit and wire-feeding frame enable the realization of continuous coiling. (wire feeding , wire pressing, wire arranging, lap making, wire cutting, lock coiling, and feed coiling can be finalized at the same time)  

2. Performance Specifications:

2.1. Power: AC 415V, three-phase, 50HZ (China), or to be designated by the customer.

2.2. Operating direction: right-hand machine (incoming line from the left-hand direction) or to be designated by the customer.     

2.3. Applicable cable types: φ1-φ10MM electronic cords, computer cords, electric cords, BV/AV power lines, and building lines.   

2.4. Design speed of the work head: 780 RPM/MAX.
