Screw barrel: Adopt new No.3 steel GH113 (With the United States GDA material) corrosion resistant and High temperature resistant.
Crosshead: Adopt new No.3 king steel GH113 material special fixed centering crosshead or manual centering crosshead.
Heating system: Adopt high temperature resistant copper alloys heater.
Quality control: Equipped with diameter inspection feedback device, full process control of product outer diameter and concentricity diameter.
Electronic control: Imported converter + PLC touch screen control.
