Manufacturing common medical  tubes ( trachea cannula, reinforced trachea cannula, angiographic catheter, infusion tube, suction tube and so on).

III. Production Line Composition:

Single crew extruder----Crosshead and mould with high accuracy ----Vacuum cooling water trough----Diameter measuring instrument---- Medical traction & cutting machine----Conveyor & collecting trough

IV. Equipment Accuracy

All the  components and units of the equipment meet the requirements of clean room;

Complete external diameter: Φ 1.2 mm- Φ20 mm

Thickness tolerance:  +/- 0.03 mm
