The cage and capstan can be driven by individual motor or one motor with gear box and ground shaft, individual motor is more efficient and power saving.

Wire pay off tension is controlled by mechanical, magnetic powder or electric brake.

Planetary strander is mainly composed of pay off, stranding cages, die holder, taping device, meter counter, double wheel capstan, take up with traverse rack, transmission system and electrical control system, etc.

Planetary strander can also add steel or copper taping devices according to customers' requirements.
