The special mechanical tension control mechanism can ensure that the tension of taping materials is at a constant value during high speed operation. The taping angle and the position of the hinge point can be adjusted by the guide roller to ensure the quality of wrapping.
Pneumatic caterpillar traction is driven by a variable frequency motor and adjust the traction speed through frequency converter. It only needs to be equipped with 8 kg pressure air source to make the traction hold-down the cylinder and cables.
