    Q1: What is the difference between High-Density EVA foam and standard PE foam?

    Standard PE foam is softer, lighter, and more cost-effective, making it suitable for basic cushioning and lightweight packaging. High-Density EVA foam has a much tighter, denser closed-cell structure. This provides superior compression recovery (it bounces back after being squashed), higher tensile strength, better thermal insulation, and excellent electrical dielectric properties, making it the premium choice for structural mounting, electronics insulation, and automotive NVH damping.

    Q2: Is this EVA foam tape safe to use inside battery packs and electronics?

    Yes. EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) is inherently non-conductive and provides excellent electrical insulation. It is widely used in the new energy and electronics industries to insulate, cushion, and secure lithium-ion battery cells, PCB boards, and delicate sensors, preventing short circuits while protecting components from mechanical shock and vibration.
