A Strong and Established Tape Manufacturer
Unlike soft tissue or foam tapes, the stiff 25μm PET film carrier provides exceptional dimensional stability and zero-stretch handling. This prevents the tape from curling, wrinkling, or stretching during high-speed automated pick-and-place assembly, ensuring strict positional accuracy when mounting delicate components like camera modules, FPCs, and optical films.
Dustproof sheets and acoustic mesh have highly uneven, porous surfaces. Standard thin tapes only touch the "peaks" of the mesh, resulting in weak bonds. The extra-thick 125μm adhesive layer on our 150μm tape provides a massive volume of glue that physically flows into and wraps around the individual fibers of the mesh, creating a massive contact area and an ultra-strong mechanical lock without blocking the acoustic holes.
The total thickness of the tape (excluding the release liner) is exactly 150 microns (0.15mm). This is achieved by using a 25-micron (0.025mm) high-tensile PET film substrate, coated on both sides with a combined 125-micron (0.125mm) layer of solvent-based acrylic adhesive. This specific ratio provides the perfect balance of rigid shape stability and heavy-duty gap-filling adhesion.
