The total thickness of the tape (excluding the release liner) is exactly 100 microns (0.10mm). This is achieved by using a 25-micron (0.025mm) high-tensile PET film substrate, coated on both sides with a combined 75-micron (0.075mm) layer of solvent-based acrylic adhesive.
