Product information:

Standard chrome steel bearings often fail prematurely when exposed to moisture, chemicals, or frequent wash-downs due to rust. Our Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearingsprovide the ultimate solution for these challenging environments.
We offer two distinct grades to match your specific needs:

AISI 440C Series

This is the standard for stainless bearings. These bearings are heat-treated to achieve high hardness, allowing them to carry loads similar to standard chrome steel bearings while offering good corrosion resistance. They are magnetic and ideal for high-speed, high-load applications in damp environments.

Magnetic Suitable for high-speed, high-load applications Excellent performance in wet environments

AISI 304 Series

For applications requiring extreme corrosion resistance (e.g., seawater, acids) or non-magnetic properties (e.g., MRI scanners), we offer bearings made from AISI 304. While softer and suitable for lower loads, they provide superior rust protection.

Non-magnetic Extremely high corrosion resistance Suitable for acidic environments

All bearings can be customized with food-grade grease and special seals to ensure compliance with hygiene standards in food and pharmaceutical industries.

FAQ
Can these bearings be used in saltwater?
Yes. For direct saltwater submersion, we strongly recommend our AISI 316 or 304 grade bearings for maximum corrosion resistance. Standard 440C is resistant to moisture but may eventually pit in salt water over long periods.
Do you offer food-grade grease?
Yes, we can pre-lubricate bearings with NSF H1 certified food-grade grease (e.g., Mobil FM 222) for applications in the food and beverage industry.
What is the difference between 440C and 304 bearings?
440C is hardened and magnetic, suitable for high loads and speeds. 304 is soft and non-magnetic, suitable for low loads but offers superior corrosion resistance (acid/salt).
What is your MOQ for stainless bearings?
For standard sizes (e.g., 608, 6204), we have stock and can support low MOQs (e.g., 100 pcs). For custom non-standard sizes, MOQ depends on material batch, typically starting around 500-1000 pcs.
