As a core model developed by the company for the cabling process of medium and high-voltage power cables, control cables and special cables, the 1250 (1+3) high-speed bow-type cabling machine is specially designed for the efficient stranding of 1+3 core cables. The machine supports a maximum cabling cross-section of 1250mm² and adopts an advanced bow stranding structure with independent frequency conversion control for separate motors. Compared with traditional cabling equipment, its production efficiency is significantly improved. The maximum traction line speed reaches 200 meters per minute, and the maximum bow rotating speed is 300 revolutions per minute, which accurately meets the high-speed and stable production requirements of large-cross-section, multi-core cables.

Equipped with a PLC intelligent electrical control system and a high-definition human-machine interface, the machine enables step less adjustment of stranding pitch ranging from 80mm to 1500mm via PLC control. In addition, the whole machine is constructed with high-quality wear-resistant components and oil circulation lubrication, featuring low vibration, low noise and low energy consumption during operation. It can meet customers’ demand for long-term continuous production, achieving both high productivity and stable quality.

At the shipment site, our technical, production and logistics teams worked in close coordination. The entire process—from equipment release, protective packaging and hoisting positioning to loading and reinforcement—was carried out in a standardized and orderly manner.
