High speed extrusion line for insulation wires

    This extrusion production line is suitable for single-layer, double-layer, three-layer, two-color production lines. It is applied to the production of insulation and coating of thermoplastic materials such as PVC, XLPE and LSNH. The industrial computer control system realizes online product quality monitoring, storage, recall and product quality fault printing function, one-button acceleration and deceleration function, reducing personnel input and improving production efficiency. 

    It is suitable for continuous automatic production of other insulated wires such as construction lines. Double flyer cone pay off device and double bobbin automatic take up device are adopted in this production to realize continuous and high speed production. The line speed can be up 800-1000 m/min.
